**Le tue responsabilità**:

- Gestione di un team di persone
- Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali
- Coordinamento e gestione delle attività del team vendite
- Analizzare e monitorare la performance del team in ottica di raggiungimento obiettivi
- Predisporre e gestire riunioni (settimanali e mensili) con il team vendite e i vari stakeholders aziendali
- Sarai parte integrande del processo decisionale su organizzazione e strategia

**Il tuo profilo**:

- Hai già gestito team di commerciali
- Hai esperienza nella vendita telefonica
- Conoscenza dei KPI e monitoraggio delle performance di vendita
- Sai analizzare i numeri e motivare i team
- Sei una persona organizzata, orientata ai risultati con un approccio dinamico e proattiva
- Vuoi costruire processi e la tua organizzazione da zero
- Conoscenza dell'inglese fluente
