La risorsa entrerà a far parte della struttura IT Service Management di Banca Mediolanum e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Contribuire alla revisione del catalogo servizi definendo gli attributi del servizio e monitorando l'andamento secondo le esigenze di business.
- Essere il punto di riferimento per il servizio relativo ai processi IT Service Management (Incident, problem, request etc.).
- Fornire input per il miglioramento continuo dei servizi ICT, proponendo interventi di razionalizzazione e ottimizzazione dei processi, delle procedure e degli strumenti di lavoro.
- Presidiare l'intero ciclo di vita del servizio in collaborazione con le altre Unità Organizzative della Divisione ICT.
- Rappresentare i servizi ICT nei confronti dell'organizzazione e assicurare la loro qualità e conformità.
- Supportare il Responsabile nella rendicontazione e nella redazione della documentazione di processo.
- Seguire le best practice e rispettare gli accordi sul livello di servizio.
- Individuare le priorità e necessità aziendali che impattano i servizi ICT.
Profilo competenze
- Completano il profilo una eccellente comunicazione, attitudine al problem solving ed alla collaborazione con diverse terze parti, orientamento al risultato con spiccate capacità organizzative e doti di Time Management con una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
