THE JOB ROLE
-
Sales Team Leader who plays a critical role in managing EF products growth and reaching sales goals.

  • You'll act as the main contact for teammates and for prospect and existing customers.
  • You'll handle a diverse set of tasks ranging from sales and team support by phone, in person and online to ensure the best possible customer service.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Fluent in English (excellent writing and speaking skills) and Italian.
  • At least, 3 years of experience in highperformance sales team.
  • Sales hunger and "Yes Attitude".
  • Highly motivated, resultsdriven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with sales management and reporting tools (eg. Salesforce).
  • Capable of working with rapidity changing deadlines and targets.
  • Experience in training and motivating a sales team leading by example.
  • Ability to influence and drive change and ensure a great execution.
  • Charismatic personality with great negotiation, pitching and presentation skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Prior experience in international organizations operating in highly competitive markets.
  • Educational Tourism background considered a plus.

OFFER

  • Fixedterm contract (12 months) aimed at subsequent employment.
  • Milan, Italy.
