Responsabilità
Il lavoratore sarà inserito presso una società di un importante gruppo quotato in borsa, ricoprirà il ruolo di Proposal Manager | Technical Writer per l\'area Bid Management e Ingegneria dell\. Svolgerà le seguenti mansioni:
- Gestione dell'intero processo di gara degli appalti pubblici nazionali applicativi e sistemistici dalla fase iniziale di analisi della documentazione alla fase finale di confezionamento della proposta e delle relazioni con tutte le funzioni aziendali coinvolte nel processo
- Gestione dei principali strumenti di office per lo sviluppo del documento di Offerta Tecnica
- Compilazione, emissione e mantenimento del piano di offerta e della tempistica
- Pianificazione e organizzazione delle riunioni del bid team kick-off, storyboard, revisioni
- Attività di PMO con focus sulla configurazione dei servizi IT e sulla stima dell IT
- Attività
core di analisi:
interpretazione di criteri e sottocriteri, e certificazioni informatiche, applicazioni e toolchain
- Scrittura e supporto redazionale ai criteri, business case, best practice, use case, PoC, referenze ed esperienze, raccolta CV
Competenze
Per inserire positivamente la figura che stiamo cercando sono necessari i seguenti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica, Scienze dell\'Informazione votazione min. 103|110
- Esperienza di oltre 3 anni nel lavoro in team per offerte e proposte IT, nel mercato PA, Sanità e bandi Consip
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
