We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier's attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking.

A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do

Responsible for the innovation and communication of built-in ovens, hobs, microwaves product portfolio.- Drive the innovation process in collaboration with Product Managers and R&Ds- Translate product features into value propositions- Be the link with Brand team on launch package creation, including all media assets- Content creation: go-to-market set of assets (3Ds, pictures, kitchen software materials)- Comms: websites, e-commerce materials, blog, articles, banners, IG/facebook stories, recipes- Prepare commercial presentations for the Trade- Fairs and events coordination- Lead Market research activities & collect consumer insights & trends- Ratings and reviews: analysis on consumers' opinion- Lead hOn app content across products + Ecosystem initiatives- Collect data on competitor's moves


What you need to succeed- Wide project management experience- Solid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and high-tech- Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks.

Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance;- Passion for Cooking- Degree/Master in Marketing, Communication or Design (nice to have MBA/Master) Fluent Italian, English is mandatory; Chinese and others are a plus- Fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized with great skills in communication and team leadership
