The
Fleet Zone Manager works within the Sales Fleet team reporting to the Fleet Used Car Senior Manager and supports his/her manager in ensuring that on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis the assigned business channel consistently and profitably meets vehicle sales quotas and revenues, in a highly competitive work environment.
He works to develop and increase Kia Renting and B2B volumes for his area.
Main responsabilities:
The Fleet Zone Manager is responsible to achieve, for the Dealer Fleet channels and Kia Renting, the monthly, quarterly and annual Sales targets.
S/he will focus on supporting the Kia Business Centers and other Dealers of his area on B2B Business.
S/he supports Kia Dealers to plan, implement and monitor Commercial animation, car promotion and test drive activity on the B2B customers of his area.
- Competitors' activity, to enable KIt to set up the most appropriate strategies on the market
- Total cost of Ownership on Kia's models
- KPI's for the Sales and Marketing initiatives undertaken on the relevant channel

Requirements:
Education:
Degree in business administration or other relevant degree
Skills:
- Italian: fluent, spoken and written
- English: fluent, spoken and written
- MSoffice proficient, with excellent Excel and PPT skills
- Planning or analysis experience is required
- Sound knowledge of annual reports/financial reporting
