Siamo alla ricerca di un/una:
SALES ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATIONSLa risorsa, inserita nella direzione publishing, avr la responsabilit di realizzare la reportistica settimanale delle vendite di tutti i prodotti raccogliendo ed analizzando i dati provenienti dai distributori internazionali. Dovr analizzare le vendite durante il D1 del prodotto confrontandolo con il budget preventivato e rispetto al prodotto precedente. Dovr verificare e tenere traccia delle promozioni concordate con clienti e con la direzione, effettuare il monitoraggio degli stock analizzando i rischi e supportando le vendite nel loro smaltimento. In merito alle vendite si occuper di inserirelordine a sistema, verificare la congruit con lotti minimi per territorio, procedere con lemissione della fattura e verificare leventuale incasso.Per quanto concerne le operations avr la responsabilit di gestire la produzione esterna del prodotto fisico interfacciandosi con i principali manufacturer europei per definire il piano di produzione che con i principali distributori internazionali per concordare le spedizioni e organizzarne la distribuzione a livello internazionale garantendo il rispetto delle date di pubblicazione del prodotto. La risorsa dovr realizzare un piano di produzione e distribuzione per singolo prodotto tenendo in considerazione le tempistiche di sviluppo interno, le scadenze definite dal commerciale e i tempi di produzione e logística. Avr inoltre il compito di gestire un magazzino terziarizzato in utilizzato per gestire le countries internazionali minori unitamente al mercato nazionale.:
pregressa esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella funzione vendita; precedente esperienza maturata nel settore FMCG per aziende con produzioni esternalizzate e distribuzione internazionale; fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese; ottime capacit comunicative; capacit analitiche e organizzative; buona conoscenza di excel. PREFERENZIALI Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale; Conoscenza del software Navision; Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di produzione esterna e della supply chain.Altre informazioni:
