SALES MANAGER

Il/la candidato/a scelto/a, a diretto riporto del Direttore Commerciale avrà il compito di sviluppare il portafoglio clienti tramite attività di vendita di tipo consulenziale.

Principali mansioni e responsabilità:

• acquisizione di clientela prospect attraverso la vendita dei servizi di consulenza in ambito "gestione utilities"

• predisposizione di un piano strategico di vendita ed identificazione del target clienti da sviluppare, (principalmente aziente Mid-Cap del nord/centro Italia), in coordinamento con la direzione commerciale

• Attività di analisi dell'attuale portafoglio dell'azienda, per valutare e permettere attività di up e cross selling, sempre in ottica di un approccio consulenziale alla vendita.

• Implementazione, congiuntamente alla Direzione Commerciale, della strategia commerciale e analisi di nuovi servizi o settori di mercato potenzialmente da sviluppare.

• Supervisione dei progetti che verranno affidati e gestiti al Project Manager, quale interfaccia del team operativo.

Il profilo
Il/la candidato/a ideale, preferibilmente laureato/a, ha maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella vendita di servizi, preferibilmente ad interlocutori quali Responsabili e/o Direttori ufficio acquisti.
La provenienza dall'ambito energy & telco services sarà ritenuto requisito preferibile.
