IMR Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IMR Sales Manager to join our team at Prysmian Group. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for leading the tendering process, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing complex data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the tendering process, ensuring effective communication and focus on key objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage complex data, including prices, costs, and variables, to inform sales decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide recommendations on commercial aspects to enhance proposals and reflect market conditions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage complex price lists and variable structures of costs/prices
  • Fluent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in EPCI companies
  • Knowledge of basic sales and project management concepts
