About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Prysmian Group. As a key member of our Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) team, you will be responsible for leading the development of technical solutions and supporting the Commercial Organization in creating strategic value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical interactions with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions based on client needs and company offerings.
  • Coordinate with engineering departments, business units, and affiliates to prepare and deliver technical packages.
  • Manage and optimize costs, develop new offering concepts, and assess project risks.
  • Visit clients to understand their challenges and needs, and develop databases and procedures to track relevant information.
  • Act as a Project Manager for short-term activities, manage handovers to execution teams, and implement improvement actions.

Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and ability to lead and manage engineering and technical teams.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Quick learner with ability to analyze and present data in different forms.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage different peers across the company.
  • Travel requirements: 30-40% depending on specific situation.
