About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IMR Sales Manager to join our team at Prysmian Group. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for leading the tendering process, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing complex sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the tendering process, clearly communicating internally and externally to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and exceed sales budgets.
  • Manage and track IMR sales opportunity pipelines from project development to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities and develop a deliverable forward strategy.
  • Provide recommendations on commercial aspects to be applied to proposals to reflect market conditions.
  • Develop and manage regular reports related to sales, market, and competitor activity.
  • Reinforce and protect the Prysmian Group brand image.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the market and business units.
  • Resolve disputes and support project managers on commercial matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a scientific discipline.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage complex price lists and variable structures of costs/prices.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick, and assertive.
  • Analytical, precise, and detail-oriented.
  • Time management and result-oriented.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a medium-large worldwide organization.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and preferably in EPCI companies.
  • Knowledge of basic sales and project management concepts.
