- possesso della laurea magistrale preferibilmente in economia e ingegneria gestionale
- almeno 1 anno di esperienza, preferibilmente in società di consulenza, in o più dei seguenti ambiti: Organizzazione Aziendale; Amministrazione, finanza e controllo; _Digital Transformation_; _Public Procurement_; _Performance Management_; _People&Change Management_
- specifiche esperienze nel contesto della Pubblica Amministrazione
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un'esperienza di studio/lavoro all'estero
