**Posizione**:
Petrone Group, holding operante nel settore farmaceutico, parafarmaceutico e sanitario ricerca un profilo di BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

- Analisi del mercato, identificazione di nuovi potenziali clienti, elaborazione ed implementazione dello scouting database attraverso mappatura costante e proattiva del mercato di riferimento;
- Gestione, insieme al Corporate BD Director, dell'intero processo di vendita: identificazione del potenziale cliente - presentazione dei servizi offerti - chiusura della trattativa commerciale;
- Assistenza e supporto alla direzione promuovendo la corretta informazione relativa alla natura dei servizi offerti;
- Gestione e sviluppo delle relazioni commerciali in autonomia, in linea con le indicazioni ricevute da BD Director;
- Stesura e revisione di documentazione specifica (contratti, presentazioni istituzionali, offerte commerciali, reports, etc) da adattare allo specifico contesto commerciale;
- Pianificazione e partecipazione a fiere, eventi e conferenze (nazionali ed interazionali), incl. trasferte verso clienti attivi e prospect, in linea con le strategie commerciali e la programmazione aziendale.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia o Discipline scientifiche ( Biologia, Farmacia, CTF )
- Esperienza significativa in ruolo analogo presso realtà strutturate;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolar modo Excel);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza di base di principi di negoziazione e accordi di distribuzione/licenza prodotti farmaceutici.

Completano il profilo affidabilità, precisione, determinazione, ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative e di problem solving.
