Per la sede Webuild Corporate di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Expert Technical Coordinator – Hydro Projects.

Pregressa esperienza in ambito Construction Hydro Projects, saranno considerate un nice to have

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della funzione Ingegneria di Prodotto Corporate Hydro, con i seguenti Macro Obiettivi:

Durante la fase di gara interviene attivamente nello studio delle offerte assicurando:

    • i contributi tecnici volti a garantire la coerenza degli aspetti progettuali;
    • il know-how tecnico-operativo per lo studio di impostazione delle metodologie costruttive;
    • l'interfaccia con le Operations per i contributi inerenti aspetti organizzativi e operativi del progetto;
    • l'eventuale coinvolgimento, in funzione della complessità dell'iniziativa, nelle attività di coordinamento dello studio tecnico-progettuale dei progetti.

Durante la fase di gestione del progetto ha un ruolo di relazione diretta con la struttura di Commessa provvedendo al:

    • monitoraggio sistematico tecnico-ingegneristico delle attività;
    • identificazione di eventuali criticità e opportune azioni correttive;
    • attivazione dei Design Services per valutazioni tecnico specialistiche;
    • ritorno di esperienza (knowledge management) dalle Commesse operative.

Attività

  • Supporto a Business Development Department, Bidding e Operations per lo studio preliminare di progetti potenziali per asset class di competenza (Dighe, Metro/Ferrovie; Strade; Buildings).
  • Supporto a Technical Coordinator per le fasi di gestione e sviluppo dell'offerta tecnica concorrendo alle scelte progettuali più idonee di concerto con Design Engineering, Technical Experts, e i progettisti esterni incaricati e i fornitori di servizi specialistici.
  • In fase di studio offerta, confronto costante con Operations per l'apporto di know-how tecnico relativo all'asset class di competenza finalizzato alla definizione e validazione dell'impostazione operativa (es. metodi, logiche costruttive, sequenze operative di lavorazione, quantità di materiali e risorse da impiegare), con l'obiettivo di accrescere la competitività del progetto in fase di gara, coerentemente con la strategia dell'offerta.
  • In fase di start-up delle Unità Operative supporto ai Servizi tecnici di Commessa nella definizione dello scope of work dei consulenti di progettazione da coinvolgere.
  • Attività di supporto al Responsabile Servizi Tecnici e al Direttore di Produzione di Commessa, nella verifica, in collaborazione con i Design Engineering e Technical Experts, della progettazione esecutiva e dei metodi costruttivi, con l'obiettivo di garantirne la coerenza rispetto alle soluzioni predisposte in fase di offerta.
  • Coordinamento funzionale dei servizi tecnici di Commessa, assicurando lo scambio sistematico di dati ed informazioni, attraverso appositi momenti di confronto, nel rispetto del modello organizzativo matriciale di Gruppo.
  • Attività di supporto alla commessa nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche rilevate in fase di esecuzione lavori, varianti in corso d'opera o revisione dei metodi costruttivi per asset class di competenza, al fine di migliorare il risultato di commessa in termini di costi e tempi di realizzazione, assicurando, di concerto con i Design Engineering e Technical Experts, la conformità agli standard normativi e la qualità tecnica delle soluzioni previste.
  • Partecipazione agli incontri periodici di performance dialogue (es. Project pulse, Project review) con i referenti delle Direzioni di Sede e delle Unità Operative, al fine di presidiare l'andamento delle Commesse, anticipando eventuali problematiche e attivando il supporto specialistico per le opportune azioni correttive relativamente agli ambiti di Ingegneria di Prodotto e/o Processo.
  • Capitalizzazione e formalizzazione del know-how acquisito durante le fasi di studio e di realizzazione progettuale nell'ambito dell'asset class di competenza, in coordinamento con i referenti dei servizi tecnici di Commessa, delle Unità Organizzative del Technical Services e Knowledge Management.

  • + 5 anni di esperienza in ambito di pertinenza
  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Civile o affini
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese
  • Disponibilità a trasferte extra EU
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
