ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP


Reporting to the Brand and Communications Manager, the Brand & Communications Intern will be a trusted partner of our Brand & Communications team, with the mission to support the Brand and Communications Manager on a wide range of various projects driving legitimacy and awareness for the Launchmetrics brand; proposing and responding to key partners that further business objectives, delivering industry research and insights to develop key content campaigns and ensuring the operational success of wider marketing initiatives.

Combining a fashion, lifestyle and beauty landscape awareness with an interest in data and the relevance of technology to marketing strategy, this position would suit a profile looking to understand the prescriptive insights behind today's current fashion, luxury and beauty business landscape.


This internship will be offered on a temporary basis for a period of 5 months working 35 hours a week, with start date as soon as possible.

The internship can be done remotely or if based locally in Milan, can go to the office.

We require all interns to be enrolled in school and to be able to have an agreement with the University.

This is a paid internship where the student will receive a monthly stipend.

What you'll do:

  • Understand Launchmetrics' wider industry positioning to identify and activate potential partnership opportunities
  • Research industry events, marketing strategies and key industry figureheads to feature within the context of Launchmetrics activations
  • Support on detailed and tailormade partnerfocused presentations and reports
  • Define and build marketing content that will highlight Launchmetrics data expertise, foster awareness and strengthen industry leadership
  • Support the B&C; team on varied projects: content, reports, events, etc.
  • Sophisticated understanding of Launchmetrics' Brand Performance Cloud
  • Ownership of uploading, extracting and maintaining all data within the Partnerships Database
  • Implementation of the Google Suite to support daily tasks; Sheets, Docs, Slides etc
  • Be an evangelist of Launchmetrics proprietary measurement methodology, Media Impact Value

IDEAL PROFILE

  • Previous internship or education experience in the Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty industry
  • Keen interest in fashion, luxury and beauty culture, with awareness of current landscape trends and industry news
  • Ability to engage with a wide variety of team members at different levels
  • Demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment while projecting a positive attitude
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, capable of driving projects forward
  • Organized, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fast learner, problem solver and with a curious mindset
  • Strong Excel and Google suite skills required
  • English native or excellent written skills; enjoys copywriting
