CARDO AI's platform empowers banks, servicers, and investors by facilitating faster transactions, optimizing investment portfolios, and driving informed strategies.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structured Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will get in touch with global institutions at the forefront of financial innovation. You will have the opportunity to be part of the growth of the alternative investment industry by leading the integration of new transactions. You will lead the transaction and data analysis phase and ensure seamless integration and enhance client success and satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving positive outcomes and fostering long-term client relationships

What will be your goals for your first 30/60/90 days:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess transaction structures from both a contractual and data point of view and understand their business needs.
  • Confidently manage and interpret documentation and data including loan tapes, and investor reports, ensuring accurate data onboarding into Cardo AI SaaS solution.
  • Map data sources to Cardo AI proprietary data model.
  • Lead client onboarding within our Cardo AI SaaS solution by closely collaborating with the Customer Success Manager, Product managers, and Tech Lead.
  • Ensure proactive, systematic communication with customers to maintain high customer retention and enterprise-ready support

How will your expertise contribute to everyone's success:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in structured finance, preferably within international banks, asset managers, or advisory firms.
  • Strong understanding of structured finance transactions structuring and monitoring.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn beyond your specific field of experience.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
