About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Finance Active. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the debt management sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to target high-level contacts in the corporate sector, including CFOs and C-Levels.
  • Position Finance Active's debt management solutions as a unique value proposition to financial departments, highlighting market trends, diagnosis, and value proposition.
  • Build commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Ensure seamless project startup conditions, including onboarding and coordination with operational teams.
  • Provide continuous business visibility to the Department, including pipeline and forecast management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance or Business Development.
  • 3+ years of experience in complex services sales and solutions in B2B.
  • Knowledge of trading rooms and/or financial SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Strong hunter mentality, with tenacity, listening skills, and a conqueror mindset.
  • Technophile with a passion for Fintechs ecosystem.
  • Ambitious and results-driven, with a focus on achieving individual or team goals.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
