Key Account Manager

- Manage franchise accounts and establish strong relationships with key corporate client contacts.
- Work with the respective teams to create reports, presentations, and analyses.
- Present insights and recommendations to key corporate client contacts and franchisees.
- Regularly hold discussions with franchisees in Italy to ensure they grasp and adhere to proposed pricing and revenue management strategies.
- Proficiency in English and Italian (mandatory), knowledge of German would be considered an advantage.
- 5 years experience in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Experience in either of the following fields: account management, business development, franchisee relationships, operations or training, and revenue management.
- Robust analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Proven commercial and business acumen which is demonstrated in strong presentation, storytelling as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills to successfully manage multiple deadlines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in either Economics or Hotel Management.
- 5 Years’ Experience preferably with key account management, business analytics, consulting, consumer research or revenue management.
- NCLA classification: Quadra.
