In piena fase di crescita, Prestatech è alla ricerca di un/una brillante Business Development & Sales Manager, capace di individuare e sviluppare opportunità di crescita.Questo ruolo richiede una spiccata mentalità imprenditoriale ed è rivolto a professionisti esperti, capaci di dimostrare agilità e orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.Il/la candidat@ ideale ha un background nel settore Fintech/Software, con esperienza nelle vendite e nello sviluppo di nuovi business.Le responsabilità principali comprendono:Creare un portafoglio di opportunità attraverso una strategia outbound, mirata all'acquisizione di nuovi clienti;Concludere contratti e instaurare relazioni di lungo termine con i nuovi clienti;Collaborare con i team di customer success e di prodotto per ottimizzare l'esperienza del cliente;Condurre negoziazioni contrattuali;Documentare le attività quotidiane chiave per garantire un reporting di alta qualità;Fornire informazioni di marketing riguardo l'attività dei competitor e le tendenze di mercato.Riportando direttamente al CPO/CEO, il/la candidat@ avrà un ruolo fondamentale nello sviluppo di Prestatech. #J-18808-Ljbffr
