col-wideJob Description:The main objectives of this position are:Design, develop and maintain Business Plans for Assigned PartnersCreate Account Plans for the assigned PartnersCooperate with Group Channel to Define the Account Plans for Cross Industry PartnersDeploy Partner programs and pricing policy defined by the Group Channel OrganizationSign Contracts with the assigned Partners and manage contractual related issuesInvolve Industry Specific Partners to develop and manage End User Related Opportunities working with the KAM/SAMCooperate with Group Channel to pull the Cross Industry Partners to follow the opportunities within the industryWork with Field Marketing to organize events partially or totally dedicated to the industry: exhibitions, partner meetings, roadshows,Works with the Product Marketing Manager to implement training and product launches to the PartnersMonitor Partners Performances (QBR, sales, service level..)Search and Select New PartnersMain organizational interfaces:Sales and Application Engineer, Industry MarketingGroup Channel OrganizationCustomer ServiceField MarketingBPIEducation: Masters Degree in Economics or EngineeringWork Experience: 5+ years of seniorityHas extensive experience in the Industry and in auto ID in the same role.
