Nel ruolo di Sales And Business Development Manager avrai la responsabilità di sviluppare il Business del canale Traditional, seguendo i clienti Direzionali dell'area Campania con l'obiettivo di incrementare il portafoglio aziendale, gestendo e coordinando un team di Agenti Monomandatari Requisiti TI OCCUPERAI DI: Garantire un'adeguata copertura dei canali distributivi di competenza e la gestione del portafoglio prodotti Identificare e pianificare le migliori azioni commerciali al fine di garantire lo sviluppo del Business Analizzare i dati di sell-out in modo da intervenire con azioni strategiche volte ad incrementare le vendite Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita Negoziazione degli accordi commerciali con i clienti Monitorare il mercato di riferimento col fine di identificare le nuove potenzialità Elaborare i forecast mensili per ciascun cliente gestito Questo ruolo fa per te se: Sei laureato/a in Economia o materie affini con un'esperienza di 3 – 4 anni nel mondo delle vendite preferibilmente del settore food Hai spiccate capacità relazionali e organizzative, attitudine al problem solving e predisposizione al lavoro in team Sei flessibile, pragmatico/a e affronti le sfide con entusiasmo Hai ottime capacità analitiche Sei disponibile a frequenti trasferte sul territorio italiano in particolare per la zona Campania #J-18808-Ljbffr
