Lo/a stagista verrà inserito/a nella Business Unit "Customer Experience CD&B" e affiancherà figure Senior nello svolgimento delle attività connesse all'assistenza post-vendita ai clienti Cribis su servizi per la gestione del credito commerciale e lo sviluppo del business in Italia e all'estero, utilizzando i seguenti strumenti:
sistemi di telefonia integrata per la gestione delle telefonate inboundgestionale SAPtutte le piattaforme Cribis e D&BCompetenze ricercate Laurea o diploma in discipline sociali, economiche o giuridicheOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseBuona conoscenza del pacchetto OfficeOttime doti relazionali e comunicativeCapacità di lavorare per obiettiviPrecisione e puntualitàFlessibilità e predisposizione al team workSede: Milano
