Funzioni:

Il/la Foundations manager, all'interno dell'area High Value Donors (HVD), ha l'obiettivo di massimizzare i proventi da fondazioni erogative italiane e internazionali attraverso l'attività di acquisizione, retention e fidelizzazione.

Insieme al responsabile HVD definisce la strategia fondazioni (familiari, corporate, bancarie) coerentemente con gli obiettivi di Fondazione Soleterre.

Compiti principali e responsabilità del candidato/a

Il/la Foundations Manager:

sviluppa e propone all'Head of High Value Donors nuove strategie per incrementare la raccolta fondi da parte delle fondazioni, principalmente di famiglia e corporate, al fine di massimizzare i ricavi da target ad alto potenziale;

sviluppa un piano di acquisizione di nuove partnership e lavora per migliorare/riattivare le relazioni esistenti con fondazioni / soggetti filantropici;

elabora proposte per creare nuove opportunità di finanziamento, in collaborazione con l'Area Programmi;

gestisce attività di scouting e profilazione per incrementare il portfolio fondazioni / grandi donatori;

promuove il sostegno del Fondo Emergenza per definire nuove prospettive in caso di Emergenze Umanitarie su cui la fondazione è chiamata a attivarsi;

sviluppa modelli efficaci che garantiscano il rispetto delle deadline (ask, rendicontazione…);

redige il report narrativo e rendicontativo, coordinandosi col responsabile di area;

si coordina con le altre aree / funzioni della Fondazione (Comunicazione e Marketing, Programmi) per adeguare i piani di comunicazione relativi alle partnership in corso.

Cosa si offre:

Compenso: commisurato all'esperienza

CCNL di riferimento: Terziario / Commercio

Tipologia di contratto offerto: Full time – Tempo determinato, inquadramento al 2° livello

Durata contratto: 12 mesi rinnovabile
