Svicom Real Estate Managers ricerca e seleziona un/una Building Manager per attività di consulenza e collaborazione a tempo indeterminato con la propria struttura di Management di Condomini Commerciali siti nelle città di Parma, Reggio Emilia e Modena.
Il profilo ricercato si occuperà di tutte le attività di gestione operativa e strategica, con il supporto del team di gestione e secondo gli standard qualitativi di Svicom.
Sarà responsabile e punto di riferimento di un pacchetto di Condomini Commerciali situati nell'area di Parma, Reggio Emilia e Modena, di cui dovrà curare tutti gli aspetti gestionali, manutentivi, amministrativi, contrattuali, lo sviluppo del piano marketing e la pianificazione degli eventi, la gestione dei rapporti con i conduttori, gli amministratori di condominio, i condòmini, i fornitori e gli enti locali, la ricerca di ricavi da esposizioni temporanee e pubblicitarie.
In particolare, si occuperà di:
Gestione dei rapporti con gli amministratori di condominio e le singole proprietà delle strutture commerciali;Supporto all'attività tipica degli amministratori di condomini (convocazioni assemblee, invio comunicazioni, etc.);Gestione dei rapporti con gli operatori del centro;Gestione dei rapporti con gli enti pubblici, associazioni ed enti territoriali, consulenti esterni;Elaborazione, controllo e monitoraggio del budget ordinario e straordinario;Gestione e monitoraggio dei contratti con i fornitori;Monitoraggio degli aspetti manutentivi e dei servizi primari con il supporto del dipartimento di riferimento e in collaborazione con i manutentori delle strutture commerciali;Verifica del rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti, elaborazione, controllo e monitoraggio del budget locazioni precarie e spazi pubblicitari;Elaborazione del piano marketing in collaborazione con il dipartimento di riferimento, ed attuazione dello stesso;Attività di reporting in tutti gli ambiti di riferimento;Coordinamento con lo staff di gestione e con il Project Manager di Svicom.Requisiti: Il/la candidato/a deve aver maturato un'esperienza di almeno due anni in ruoli similari quali Amministratore di Condomini Commerciali o Direttore di Centro Commerciale e deve poter gestire, organizzare e pianificare le attività richieste, secondo priorità.È richiesta la capacità di problem solving, ottime doti relazionali e di lavoro di squadra, conoscenza approfondita della normativa relativa ai condomini. Gradita la conoscenza della lingua inglese; necessaria l'ottima conoscenza di Office 365 e in particolare di Excel e Power Point.Costituiscono titoli essenziali:
La residenza o il domicilio nella provincia di Parma, Reggio Emilia e Modena.La disponibilità a muoversi regolarmente per le visite presso i condomini commerciali presenti nella provincia.Inviare la propria candidatura completa di curriculum vitae.
