La risorsa si occuperà di analizzare e monitorare i dati delle vendite alberghiere al fine di supportare le decisioni aziendali in ambito tariffario.Nello specifico : - Analizza l'occupazione alberghiera, il pick up e la tariffa di vendita per proporre al proprio responsabile il pricing vincente per uno specifico periodo e hotel di riferimento; - Collabora con la revenue specialist per sviluppare e gestire le campagne promozionali necessarie al raggiungimento del budget aziendale; - Sviluppa e propone strategie di prezzo ed inventario di tutti i segmenti di clientela, utilizzando al meglio tutti canali distributivi; - Analizza, crea report settimanali, mensili ,al fine di individuare i fattori chiave per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Revenue e quote di mercato, valutando l'efficacia delle strategie applicate.- Monitora le tariffe dei diretti concorrenti e si occupa di attività di Benchmarking - Promuove i servizi aziendali partecipando attivamente a fiere di settore nazionali ed internazionali, FAM trip, educational e ogni altra attività protesa allo sviluppo e crescita commerciale.Si richiede ; - Titolo di studio ad indirizzo matematico/scientifico/statistico/gestionale - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese - Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office - Gradita esperienza nel settore del revenue management o alberghiero (front office) - Automunita La ricerca è rivolta ad ambo i sessi.È richiesta evidenza di autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 del parlamento europeo e del consiglio del 27 aprile 2016 relativo alla protezione delle persone fisiche con riguardo al trattamento dei dati personali, nonché alla libera circolazione di tali dati e che abroga la direttiva 95/46/ce (Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei Dati)
