Per prestigiosa azienda manifatturiera specializzata in produzione cartotecnica, ricerchiamo: un/a Key Account Manager per la zona di Parma/Piacenza La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del dipartimento commerciale in sede a Soliera e riporterà direttamente al responsabile di Area.
Si troverà all'interno di un ambiente dinamico, aperto e inclusivo e, supportata dall'ufficio customer care e dagli altri reparti aziendali, lavorerà nell'area commerciale & marketing con il fine di sviluppare il business nelle province di Parma, Fidenza e Piacenza.
Dopo una prima parte di affiancamento, l'attività commerciale sarà svolta prevalentemente presso i clienti delle zone di competenza e sarà richiesta la presenza in sede per i meeting settimanali.
Nello specifico le attività saranno le seguenti: • Cura e contatti con la clientela esistente, al fine di instaurare un rapporto di fidelizzazione • Scouting nuovi clienti per ampliare il portafoglio clienti dell'azienda e analizzare clienti attuali e potenziali • Redazione, negoziazione e gestione di offerte • Organizzazione di visite tecniche e commerciali • Attività post-vendita di assistenza ai clienti, in collaborazione con l'ufficio customer care • Partecipazione a fiere ed eventi di settore • Collaborazione con ufficio marketing e altri dipartimenti aziendali del gruppo al fine di valutare nuove opportunità di business • Programmazione, realizzazione e monitoraggio di operazioni commerciali per la definizione degli obiettivi di vendita, in sinergia con le altre ragioni sociali del gruppo • Aggiornamento delle anagrafiche dei clienti, al fine di garantire un corretto processo logistico e di fatturazione e gestione delle informazioni relative a prodotti o alle disponibilità a stock; • Fornire supporto e assistenza a tutta la struttura vendite, composta da kam e agenti oltre al responsabile commerciale Responsabilità: Requisiti: • Spiccata attitudine commerciale, ottime capacità relazionali ed espressive, ottima organizzazione individuale • Problem solving, orientamento al cliente • Pregressa esperienza per ruoli commerciali, sarà titolo preferenziale la provenienza da settori affini • E' preferibile possedere buona conoscenza del territorio da sviluppare commercialmente.
Si offre pacchetto retributivo in funzione della seniority + MBO + auto aziendale + telefono Territorio di competenza: Parma, Fidenza e Piacenza NB: La presenza presso la sede aziendale a Carpi (MO) sarà necessaria solo in un primo momento di affiancamento, poi la risorsa sarà libera di organizzarsi l'agenda in base alle visite presso i clienti e mediante utilizzo di smart working.
