Position Overview:
The Area Sales Manager will independently carry out all commercial, organizational, and administrative activities that lead to sales in the North Italy region. This role will be a key part of the commercial team responsible for channel development and growth across the region. Delivering greater market share through our key partners is a critical contributor to the success of HYVA Group.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the sales strategy for the North Italy region, overseeing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals.
- Secure and grow revenue within a select group of key distributors.
- Effective channel management to increase HYVA's market share within coding and marking in these key distributors.
Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field. Native Italian speakers are preferred. Good level of English is required. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position working for the international aftermarket supplier/automotive/industrial/agriculture distributor as an account manager or in product management is necessary. Technical background is a plus. Strong understanding of the regional and national automotive aftermarket as well as the products, trends, and customer needs is essential. Analytical mindset, strong organizational and project management skills are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative and problem-solving mindset are also necessary. Traveling up to 75% is expected.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, adjusted annually based on performance. In addition to the salary, we provide a company car for mixed use.
