Synergie Italia Spa, filiale di Milano Cadorna, seleziona per importante azienda operante nel settore energetico un profilo da inserire in qualità di: SPECIALISTA OPERATIONS - PUBBLICHE AMMINISTRAZIONI La risorsa, inserita all'interno della Direzione Mercato Business , Area Multisito e PA, si occuperà di popolare e mantenere i dati fiscali, economici e tecnici dei punti di riconsegna associati alle singole offerte di fornitura di energia elettrica e gas naturale, relativamente a clienti della Pubblica Amministrazione e grandi clienti multisito privati, monitorando e garantendo il corretto allineamento tra il CRM ed il sistema di billing. Si occuperà inoltre di gestire le richieste e i reclami provenienti dal front-office rispettando gli SLA di qualità commerciale previsti dalla normativa, procedendo ove richiesto alla fatturazione on demand. La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Diploma di scuola superiore e/o Laurea; Elevata padronanza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel (formule, cerca.vert, tabelle Pivot); Dimestichezza nella gestione di caricamenti massivi con grande mole di dati; Preferibile provenienza dal settore energy. Spiccata propensione al lavoro di team, capacità di adattamento a situazioni nuove e complesse e problem solving completano il profilo. Luogo di lavoro: Milano (centro). Orario di lavoro: full time, 38 ore settimanali, da lunedì a venerdì. Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione di 12 mesi . CCNL Elettrici, inquadramento e retribuzione verranno valutati in fase di colloquio e saranno commisurati alla reale esperienza del candidato.
