Our Customer Success Operations Division in Segrate (MI) is currently seeking a

Customer Success Operations Specialist (f/m/d) (100%)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring activities to ensure data integrity, resolve incomplete orders, and maintain high delivery performance.
  • Engage in troubleshooting efforts to facilitate accurate weekly Sell Out postings and ensure timely submission of all relevant documentation prior to Monthly Closure.
  • Continuously learn and enhance month-end closing processes.
  • Assist in stock-taking activities, serving as the primary contact for Customers and the Sales Team.
  • Analyze stock-taking data and reconcile findings with Sales counterparts.
  • Record results in SAP.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for warehouse requirements and transportation support for local matters.
  • Serve as the SPOC for the Sales Team and Customers to gather and negotiate Value-Added Services (VAS) needs, collaborating with our warehouses to design and implement new VAS requirements.
  • Identify and address system failures.
  • Lead the team as an SAP Key User and SPOC, providing training and support to both new and existing team members regarding specific requirements or new functionalities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within multinational operational environments.
  • Proven experience in handling large datasets, performing analyses, and generating reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to executing operational tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a customer-focused mindset; enjoys working in cross-border teams and with diverse cultures.
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both written and verbal; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • IT skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Teams, advanced Excel, Word), experience with SAP (SD and BW modules); familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for training and meetings.
