Our Customer Success Operations Division is currently seeking a

Customer Success Operations Specialist (f/m/d) (100%)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in regular monitoring and data management activities to ensure data accuracy, resolve order discrepancies, and maintain optimal delivery performance.
  • Engage in troubleshooting efforts to facilitate timely Sell Out postings and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted prior to monthly financial closures.
  • Continuously enhance month-end closing processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for stock-taking activities, liaising with customers and the sales team.
  • Analyze stock-taking results and reconcile them with sales data.
  • Input results into SAP.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for warehouse needs and transportation issues related to local operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and customers to identify and negotiate value-added service requirements, working closely with warehouses to implement new solutions.
  • Identify and rectify system errors.
  • Lead the team as the SAP Key User, providing training and support to both new and existing team members regarding specific requirements or new functionalities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within multinational operations.
  • Proficient in handling large datasets, performing analysis, and generating reports.
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to operational tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a customer-focused mindset; enjoys working in a multicultural team environment.
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • IT skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Teams, advanced Excel, Word), experience with SAP (SD and BW modules); familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for training and meetings.
