**What you’ll do**:
Responsible for developing partnerships with major European consumer goods brands, with special attention on fashion & luxury.
- Cooperate with Alipay European and headquarter functions to achieve agreed objectives.
- Analyze acquiring market opportunities and needs by major European consumer goods merchants, focusing on fashion & luxury sector as first target;
- Monitor fashion & luxury industry, profiling key players and business dynamics
- competitive positioning, EU/US + Asian strategies (local-to-local, travel shopping, online shopping)
- marketing and communication: positioning, digital channels (owned, earned, paid), traditional vs mobile
- retail initiatives: online vs. offline, Europe vs. Asia, retail automation, instore and commerce solutions
- customer base and needs, customer initiatives (CRM, membership, apps, )
- payment architecture and partnerships, pricing models
- data driven initiatives and solutions
- Understand Key Accounts pain points, map competition and analyze in detail how Alipay payments and mobile marketing can further support growth and efficiency of Key Accounts.
- Assess Alipay potential to address EU fashion & luxury players’ needs, also through new products and solutions;
- Establish relationships with key decision takers at C-level and operational level with major Key Accounts;
- Analyze existing and new acquiring partners who may support Alipay in exploiting merchant opportunities;
- Manage the full sales cycle to promote Alipay payment and marketing services with key accounts;
- Coordinate legal & compliance along the commercial negotiation process, where necessary;
- Coordinate product & tech along the implementation and integration of new solutions.
- Cooperate with acquirers to distribute Alipay offer with selected key accounts.
- Monitor Key Accounts’ performances and, where required, propose improvement actions.

**Profile and Skills**:

- Deep understanding of the online and offline EU consumer goods industry (focus on fashion & luxury) competitive dynamics at strategic, commercial, product and architecture level;
- Very well-connected with major European Key Accounts and ecosystem players (e.g., major acquirers, payment platforms, digital and retail providers), with C-level and operational relationships with major global acquirers and some key merchants.
- On-the-ground and relevant experience in or with major luxury groups and players;
- Know-how on acquirers and merchants offline and online payment offering, product solutions, performances;
- Successful business development track record on major luxury key accounts;
- Strong ability in written and oral communication, with hunter’s sales skills and pioneering spirit;
- Able to work under pressure, within an international environment (Europe, Asia, America), with ability to adapt quickly to strategic changes;
- Deep know-how of Card payments, Alternative Payments methods (wallets, buy-now-pay-later, account-to-account).
- Be familiar with Chinese/Asian payment market and buying patterns applied to global online shopping and global travel shopping, including the target merchants and the target categories.
- Deep know-how of mobile marketing, digital services and technology innovation trends.
- Minimum of 5 years' working experience in payments, acquiring, merchant’s development.
- Experience with cross-regional experience is preferred.
- Team-working, result orientation, self-entrepreneurship.
- Language: English and French speaker (Chinese and Italian are advantageous).
