For our Client, important european Company leader in the **Tyre Industry**, for the opening of the **eCommerce Start-up** in the Italian market, we are looking for the following Profile:
**DISTRIBUTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER**

**Posizione**:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible of the customer satisfaction and you will make sure that all requests and orders are processed. You are the point of contact with the consumer and you will manage the order management system.

**Your mainly responsibilities will focus on**:

- Contact center management throught all channels;
- Development of the customer service strategy in resolving customer problems;
- Delivering efficiencies through continued review of processes and procedures;
- Delivery tracking management and confirmation.
- Implement and manage CRM system for all fitters
- Survey and manage customer’s satisfaction;
- Manage the distribution channel.

**Requisiti**:

- Distribution and Customer Service experience;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience;
- Ability to listen, persuade and engage;
- Strong customer focus, at easy working in a customer service environment;
- Ability to deal with a wide range of customers in different ways;
- Fluent in Microsoft suite, specifically Excel;
- Italian and English mandatory.
