**IL RUOLO**

Per il nostro **Hub Lombardia (Gallarate/ Lainate) **cerchiamo un Field Service Coordinator **, **che avrà il compito più importante di tenere sotto controllo la capacità di installatori, tecnici commerciali e progettisti e pianificare i progetti di installazione al fine di garantire un servizio continuo ai nostri clienti. Dal Planner dipendono le performances e le prestazioni dell’intero hub e la pianificazione di tutte le risorse che ne fanno parte: è chiamato quindi a servire come principale punto di contatto per i clienti e si assicura che le risorse e il personale siano assegnati correttamente, oltre che i servizi vengano forniti nel rispetto delle tempistiche prefissate.

**LE RESPONSABILITÀ**
- **Pianifica le visite dei tecnici commerciali**;
- **Gestisce** la capacità di **installatosi e la loro programmazione**;
- **Crea gli ordini di vendita**;
- **Crea gli ordini di acquisto**;
- Partecipa e contribuisce agli _Hub Pulse meetings;_
- Forma i nuovi assunti su _Skedulo_ o gli altri IT tool in utilizzo;
- È il responsabile locale di _Skedulo_ o gli altri IT tool in utilizzo.

**IL TUO PROFILO**
- 5 anni di esperienza in posizioni come Field coordinator/ Customer Service;
- Esperienza in Excel (Pivot, sorting, calculations);
- Esperienza in planning system/MRP/ERP quali Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Netsuite o simili;
- Ottime capacità di gestione, organizzazione, pianificazione;
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e in crescita;
- Buona dialettica e ottime doti interpersonali;
- Una precedente esperienza a contatto con il pubblico/ambito B2C è desiderabile.
