Telesales Business Development per azienda settore dentale a Bologna:
Ideandum Talent cerca un Business Development Specialist per Azienda del settore Dentale specializzata in impianti dentali e soluzioni innovative.

**Mansioni principali**:
1- contattare attivamente potenziali clienti

2- presentare le offerte e prodotti in modo chiaro e persuasivo

3- negoziare accordi vantaggiosi per entrambe le parti.

**Sono richieste**: eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e persuasione, un solido background commerciale, e una buona conoscenza del settore odontoiatrico.

**Responsabilità nel dettaglio**:
Gestire in modo proattivo le interazioni commerciali con odontoiatri e odontotecnici interessati ai corsi, sia acquisiti tramite attività di marketing che attraverso contatti diretti.

Condurre telefonate e incontri on line o personali per presentare i servizi e i corsi organizzati dall'azienda.

Identificare le esigenze dei potenziali clienti e indirizzare verso soluzioni personalizzate in linea con i loro obiettivi professionali.

Coordinarsi con il team marketing per massimizzare il potenziale delle attività promozionali e di generazione di lead.

Gestire il processo di vendita dall'inizio alla fine, inclusa la negoziazione dei contratti e la chiusura delle vendite.

Fornire supporto post-vendita, garantendo un alto livello di soddisfazione del cliente e incoraggiando la fidelizzazione.

Monitoraggio e report delle performance commerciali, identificando opportunità di miglioramento e strategie di crescita.

Collaborare con il team commerciale dell’azienda per sviluppare strategie di vendita efficaci

**Requisiti**:
Esperienza comprovata nel ruolo commerciale, preferibilmente nel settore odontoiatrico o sanitario.

Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e persuasione.

Spiccata propensione alla vendita consulenziale.

Conoscenza approfondita del settore odontoiatrico e delle tecnologie relative agli impianti dentali, soluzioni software e flusso laboratorio - studio.

Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, dimostrando resilienza e determinazione.

Competenze nell'organizzazione e nella gestione.

Autonomia nel gestire il proprio portafoglio clienti.

Esperienza nell'utilizzo strategico dei social media, creatività nel generare contatti tramite piattaforme come LinkedIn e Instagram, per ampliare il network professionale e stabilire relazioni solide nel settore odontoiatrico.

Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici e capacità di apprendimento rapido di nuovi software.
