Per azienda parte di un gruppo farmaceutico di respiro internazionale, la divisione specializzata Lifescience del Gruppo Adecco ricerca:
Europe business development
L'azienda si caratterizza per un listino prodotti variegato e di qualità composto da integratori, medical devices, dermocosmetici e farmaci. Dedicando particolare attenzione alla completezza formulativa, alla biodisponibilità e all'efficacia degli ingredienti attivi.
Tra i punti di forza dell'azienda rientra senz'altro la capacità di gestire in maniera verticale gran parte della filiera produttiva: dalle materie prime, alla ricerca e lo sviluppo di formule, fino alla produzione e alla relativa commercializzazione dei prodotti, su scala nazionale ed internazionale.
Per potenziamento del dipartimento dedicato alla gestione delle licenze in e out dell'azienda, si cerca una risorsa in grado di sviluppare ed accrescere le opportunità di business del portfolio aziendale verso l'estero, in particolare sul panorama europeo.
Responsabilità: Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà di:
Sviluppare il Business attraverso l'individuazione di nuove opportunità per l'azienda fino alla finalizzazione del contratto;
Assicurare e supportare la creazione e l'individuazione di nuovi contatti utili allo sviluppo del Business, per le varie direzioni aziendali fino alla firma dei contratti;
Partecipare attivamente ad eventi di networking Licensing & Business Development utili all'identificazione di nuove opportunità sulla base delle linee strategiche predefinite con le direzioni aziendali;
Costruire e definire i Licensing Plan necessari allo sviluppo del business export per prodotti in lancio o per lo sviluppo dei prodotti esistenti;
Prendere in carico i nuovi contatti di Licensing Out per i prodotti international e gestire il processo di licensing nella relazione col partner e con gli stakeholder interni, fino alla negoziazione e finalizzazione del contratto;
Partecipare attivamente alla stesura e alla revisione dei nuovi contratti di licensing OUT
Supportare attivamente la risoluzione di problematiche e conflitti con i partner esistenti;
Requisiti richiesti:
Esperienza pregressa nella mansione, gradita la provenienza dal settore dell'integrazione alimentare e\o dispositivi medici;
Fluente conoscenza dell'inglese, parlata e scritta;
Abilità nell'uso dei principali pacchetti informatici
Conoscenze in ambito Licensing, Business Development e proprietà intellettuali in ambito Lifescience.
