We need a capable and enthusiastic adviser to support the M&BD Manager on BD and marketing activities for the Corporate & Finance transactional practice. This will include working with our Corporate, M&A and Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Financial Regulatory Services, Banking and Loan Finance, and Restructuring and Special Situations teams - a broad remit across some fast-paced and exciting areas of law.

The role will encompass the full range of business development and marketing activities including: client targeting and cross-selling; pitching, credentials and other marketing collateral; client/sector and competitor analysis; profile raising and marketing campaigns including communications such as directory submissions, deal reporting, and communication activities in collaboration with the internal PR team.
