- To develop the business and the premium customer support, of the assigned Volvo Penta marine business partners and dealer network, in the area of aftersales.
- To provide technical support to our Business Partners, Network and Customers.**Main responsibilities**

**Business Development**
- Coordinate overall management of the marine assigned Volvo Penta Centers (VPC) and Services (VPS)
- Develop business and sales strategy for parts, accessories, soft offers and engines, sold via assigned dealers as well as the aftermarket support to the customers
- Develop and implement business plans and incentive program, to secure Volvo Penta Centers sales/profitability, in order to fulfil yearly target letters
- Identify the market potentials and develop the dealer structure accordingly
- Implement local marketing activities via assigned dealer network, covering the local needs and Volvo Penta Global key focused areas
- Plan and perform regular Volvo Penta Centers and Volvo Penta Services audits, according to the dealer business policies, assess the results and implement the necessary actions accordingly
- Drive and improve dealer satisfaction to Volvo Penta, which includes VPSs loyalty to local VPC
- Continuously supporting and developing the aftermarket capability, identifying needs for training and securing business partner development in the areas of technical & commercial competence
- Monitor performances by following-up VPCs on KPIs and targets
- Change management towards Business Partners, regarding new systems and processes
- Prepare and process internal & external business reporting.

**Service**
- Responsible for technical support to Volvo Penta Business Partners (VPC/OEM)
- Maintain internal contacts with Sales, Engineering, Parts, for coordinating complaints, product service and warranty activities.
- Investigate service complaints, propose and discuss follow-up recommendations
- Provide technical/diagnostic/troubleshooting support to assigned network
- Provide Market Quality Reports and Service Requests as necessary to gain central technical support
- Audit nominated Volvo Penta dealers against the Dealer Operating Standard as required.

**Personal Profile**

**Essential educational and/or training qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sales&Marketing

**Preferred Experience, skills and abilities**
- 2-3 years' experience in Sales and Network development
- Technical background in propulsion systems architecture/diagnosis
- Experience in, or passion for, the Marine field is a plus

**Key Competencies, skills and abilities**
- English proficiency: good-fluent
- Excel-PowerPoint level: professional
- Strong analytical skills and KPIs understanding
- Diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Good negotiation and conflict management skills
- Able to manage peaks in workload and to work under pressure
- Travel required: 40% of working time
