Per il nostro staff della sede di **Milano **selezioniamo un/a **Compensation&Benefit Manager, HRIS, Payroll and Administration**.
La risorsa selezionata si occuperà della gestione dei processi amministrativi e della supervisione del Payroll, delle attività di costo del lavoro, di iniziative welfare e di progetti HR inerenti alla digitalizzazione dell’impresa sull'intero perimetro nazionale.
La risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Analisi retributive e gestione salary review
- Budget del personale
- Definizione e calcolo del bonus/premio variabile
- Analisi e coordinamento dei piani di benefits aziendali
- Progetti HRIS per la digitalizzazione del gruppo con particolare riferimento al perimetro HR (Zucchetti e Cornerstone)
- Ideazione, strutturazione e produzione di reportistica e dashboard HR
- Gestione del team di amministrazione del personale e relative comunicazioni/supporto ai dipendenti
- Supervisione delle attività Payroll nel rispetto della normativa sul lavoro e del CCNL di riferimento (CCNL Commercio)
- Monitoraggio attivazione/cessazione tirocini
- Aggiornamento di procedure e policy
- Supervisione delle attività di aggiornamento e mantenimento delle anagrafiche aziendali su Zucchetti
- In collaborazione con il team Performance&Development contribuisce alla revisione di Job Title e Job Description.
Ad integrazione, avrà la piena responsabilità della gestione del Team amministrativo e la supervisione del team Payroll.
**Requirements**:
- Laurea triennale e/o magistrale in ambito umanistico, economico, giuridico
- 6+ anni di esperienza nel ruolo maturata preferibilmente in Agenzie per il Lavoro, Società di Consulenza, Aziende di Servizi modernamente strutturate
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento di Team
- Dinamismo, spirito di collaborazione e curiosità
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolar modo Excel, conoscenza avanzata)
- Buona conoscenza del gestionale Zucchetti
- La conoscenza di Cornerstone costituisce un plus
