**Exciting Inside Sales / Customer Service Role - Engage with People, Use Your Scientific Expertise**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage inquiries, produce accurate quotations, and follow up to improve conversions
- Collaborate with sales teams to tailor responses for customer needs, especially for Italian tenders
- Provide first-level technical support and escalate issues when necessary
- Implement local strategies aligned with the EMEA sales and marketing plan
- Maintain service levels, act as a liaison between Order Entry and Customer Service, and use ERP systems and Salesforce to support sales
**Qualifications**:
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- ** Educational Background**: Degree in Life Sciences or a related field to Cell Biology
- ** Experience**: Previous experience in sales or customer service, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales activities within a scientific environment
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in Italian and English and communication abilities
- ** Strong organizational skills**: Prioritization capabilities aligned with commercial activities
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
