**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Cloud Service Manager to be responsible for end-to-end execution of a managed services domain. Your primary area of focus will be around data-Platform-as-a-service offering and related services from strategy planning to delivery execution. This position is client-facing and develops new opportunities and service proposals regarding the customers you will work with. One of your primary goals is to empower Customer Success for our named customers. You will have the opportunity to work with customers from various industries in Finland and in Europe. As a part of the OpenText team, you will work in an atmosphere that inspires innovation, collaboration, and teamwork.

**You are great at**:

- Understanding client needs and objectives, formulating solutions design for proposals while managing delivery risk, and working with sales teams.
- Overseeing consulting and professional services engagement delivery
- Managing customer expectations and day-to-day service operations according to SLA.
- Having an understanding and experience of data integration, data mapping and cloud-based services concepts and technologies.
- Continual improvement of the service management processes and service quality.

**What it takes**:

- Confidence in communicating with customers on all levels.
- Conducting presentations and workshops.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and colleagues.
- Fluency in English and Finnish.
