**Sereno Hotels** is a collection of luxury boutique hotels situated in St Barths and Lake Como.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for our locations in Lake Como;
The front desk department is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Front desk agent to join our team for the season 2024:
Main duties will be:

- answering guest’s inquiries
- managing check in/check out and rooming
- conducting site inspections
- providing support to all the hotel departments
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and provide information
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Keep updated records and files

**We request**:

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality
- Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizationall skills
- Enthusiasm in delivering service excellence and ability to understand guest’s needs
- Attention to detail and a team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proactive, self-driven, confident and independent individual
- Knowledge of LQA standards

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
