Per un nostro cliente del settore **Noleggio di lusso** che opera sul mercato internazionale siamo alla ricerca di un/a:
**HR BUSINESS PARTNER**

**Responsabilità**:

- Si occupa della gestione operativa si quanto afferisce alla gestione delle risorse umane, inclusi ricerca e selezione, sviluppo del personale, gestione delle prestazioni, relazioni con i dipendenti, compensation e contenziosi.
- Predispone in accordo alla direzione il budget delle risorse umane e monitora periodicamente l’evoluzione degli eventuali scostamenti, partecipa alla pianificazione strategica e fornisce report regolari sull’efficacia delle strategie HR.
- Sviluppa e implementa un sistema di procedure aziendali in ambito risorse umane e supporta i responsabili delle aree per le procedure operative dei vari reparti.
- Affianca i responsabili delle diverse aeree per comprendere le esigenze aziendali e sviluppare soluzioni HR su misura (pianificazione e gestione delle risorse).
- Guida e supporta l’implementazione di iniziative HR che migliorano il coinvolgimento dei dipendenti, la cultura aziendale e la performance organizzativa.
- Gestisce e risolve le questioni relative alle relazioni con i dipendenti, garantendo la conformità alle leggi sul lavoro e le migliori pratiche HR.
- Supporta lo sviluppo e l’attuazione di programmi di formazione e sviluppo per migliorare le competenze dei dipendenti e la leadership.
- Partecipare alla pianificazione strategica e fornire report regolari sull’efficacia delle strategie HR.

**Requisiti e competenze**:

- Si richiede un’esperienza comprovata di almeno 7 anni come HR Business Partner o ruolo simile in HR, con una solida comprensione di tutte le funzioni HR.
- Eccellente capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e presentazione.
- Forti capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e come parte di un team.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle leggi sul lavoro e delle migliori pratiche HR.
- È inoltre richiesta La conoscenza della lingua inglese.
