**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our BNPL and payment products
- Document and update customer records with relevant information
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure prompt resolution of problems
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their concerns, and exceeding their expectations
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Qomodo's products and services to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better assist customers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer service or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred
- Ability to adapt to change and embrace new technologies and processes
