The Director of Revenue is engaged to work alongside the Director of S&M acting as a true business partner across all levels of revenue and commercial function along the hotel. The position of Director of Revenue is responsible for ensuring that the commercial objectives defined and budgeted are well executed and goals are achieved.

A day in the life of the Director of Revenue demands a high level of energy. The individual needs to act in a consistent and thorough manner and demonstrate creativity and innovation as part of the Sales & Marketing team.
The list below details the essential key functions:
In your leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the commercial objectives defined and budgeted are well executed and goals are achieved
Ensuring accurate and consistent reporting for all operating departments including Rooms, F&B and Spa
Responsible for systems data health, maintenance, optimization and overall systems integrity usage and create efficiencies.
Create daily, weekly, monthly and other ad-hoc reports for Rooms, F&B, Spa department, highlighting key performance indicators.
Optimize rooms inventory and distribution in line with Dorchester Collection brand strategies.
As a member of the Hotel’s Senior Management team, you will be responsible for providing the Director of S&M with regular data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales & marketing budgets, forecasts, and other required reports.

**Education**:
Master degree in hotel - hospitality management
**Experience**:
At least three years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hotel experience in a 5 Star luxury international brand is preferred.
Previous revenue management experience will be one of your absolute advantage.
