**What you will be doing**
Joining Satispay means being a leader in change and innovation.
The role is based within our new Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will lead the Key Account Team and support the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, and soon other countries).
As a Key Account Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the Key Account Team and enhancing our relationships with key corporate retail partners. Your primary objective will be to grow our merchant base performances. This role will also require you to monitor merchant performance through data analysis and ad hoc reports to understand how to set the team targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading the Satispay Key Account Team both strategically and operationally;
- Developing, maintaining and leading strong, long-lasting relationships with your key corporate retail partners’ portfolio at C-levels;
- Driving exceptional merchants' growth thanks to a well-defined strategy;
- Playing an integral part in generating new business that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
- Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;
- Developing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;
- Identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

You have:

- Proven experience in business development, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles;
- Proven experience in managing a Key Account Team;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive problem solutions and performance improvements;
- Proven experience in defining and setting co-marketing activities;
- Ability to influence the internal team to reach the company goals;
- Proficiency in using GSuite (in particular GSheet) and data analysis tools;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- High motivation, positive and proactive approach and exceptional commercial and relational attitude.

- A team worker;
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset;
- Precise in execution and with a detail-oriented mindset;
- A great communicator and able to adapt to fast-paced and high-dynamic environments;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Knowledgeable and/or passionate about the Fintech industry.

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
