Our comprehensive platform includes laboratory information management systems (LIMS), electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN), laboratory execution systems (LES), and scientific data management systems (SDMS), as well as advanced analytics solutions.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our informatics enterprise software and services to new and existing strategic customers across various market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of company products and services in accordance with annual quotas, both face-to-face and remote sales calls
- Outbound prospecting and pipeline generation activities tracked through Salesforce
- Develop and execute strategic sales account plans for targeted, high-profile prospects
- Work closely with Delivery & Services colleagues to ensure proper collaboration on all sales that require services to be delivered
- Territory will include existing customers and new, target accounts throughout EMEA
Qualifications and Experience
- Several years' experience and strong results in enterprise software sales, specifically in LIMS, Biobanking, and/or scientific software sales
- Consultative, solution-oriented sales process approach
- Account tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management through Salesforce
- Pro-active competitive strategies and targeted account planning campaigns
- Excellent written and spoken English, with additional languages a plus
Location
Remote, hybrid, or based in the client's offices in EMEA.
