Junior Operations Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a talented professional to support our Sales team in Milan, working closely with the Country Manager and contributing to the company's growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial environment, with a strong academic background in Economics or Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Country Manager with administrative tasks and ensure accurate documentation and communication with customers.
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports, interacting with the Sales department and supporting back office activities.
  • Manage relationships with various departments (Legal, Finance, Delivery) and handle sales queries and requests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial environment.
  • Academic background in Economics or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of the digital sector and outstanding communication skills.
  • English fluency and Native Italian language proficiency.
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to pick up information quickly.

Work Pattern and Location:

  • Internship, 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid (2 to 3 times a week in the office).
