Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Support Engineer Intern to join our dynamic support team. As a Support Engineer Intern, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our clients, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by customers.
- Collaborate with senior support engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Document support cases and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Help in identifying and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Perform system tests and provide feedback on product performance and usability.
- Proficiency in either Italian or Mandarin Chinese.
- Intermediate level English.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong desire to help and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with Windows.
- Ability to follow through procedures to reproduce issues and collect logs of underlying issues.
- Monthly stipend of EUR 500.

We are flexible with the hours to match your university requirements; you can expect to work around 8-16 hours/week.
