About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Stryker Italia S.r.l. as a Sales Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to establish yourself in the Endoscopy product market and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high-quality service to main customers post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Italian healthcare market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent in Italian and intermediate in English (min B2).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
