Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist for our retail location. With a strong commitment to the brand and a high level of professionalism, the individual will be responsible for managing all administrative and financial functions of the store efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and communicate daily banking and cash closure reports to store management and finance teams.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of all transactions.
  • Notify finance and accounting teams of any discrepancies.
  • Manage store deposits and perform reconciliations.
  • Update daily and monthly reporting, ensuring alignment between open and closed accounts.
  • Oversee the management of all store credits.
  • Supervise remote sales and ensure order forms are accurately completed, verifying all banking and personal information to prevent payment issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact for delivery and order-related inquiries, coordinating with couriers and managing investigations and refunds as necessary.
  • Ensure all sales to clients are included in the store's sales pool.
  • Act as the store's expert on Jasper and SAP systems for all financial reporting and activities.
  • Provide training to cashiers on national and local regulations as well as company financial policies.
  • Compile and update weekly and monthly KPIs for sales staff.
  • Execute additional administrative tasks as required by store management.
  • Assist store management in planning team schedules.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including store management, corporate offices, and suppliers.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with patience, empathy, and adaptability.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a problem-solving approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jasper and SAP is advantageous.
  • Preferred educational background in accounting.
  • Proficient in both Italian and English.
